I wonder how someone has to spell-read it when he does not have any idea about thief. let me guess "thifourteenef" th14f. Eidos montreal must take a look in to that. I mean it could be ok for some fans and like it but what about the rest?

I thought the logo was quite clever . . .
try a reverse lowercase 'e' instead then you'll get your 4 instead of an 'A'.

I doubt someone that has no idea what is thief about will "try" to reverse leters and lower case them to have a reasonable title.
And a reverse lower case "e" gives "9". Too early to talk about thief 9.

If you look at all the "official" marketing and branding so far (official web site, EM homepage, official forum, etc.), the game's name always appears as Thief 4. It's only in the placeholder logo where the 'e' is a 4 - the game's name is always written as Thief 4.
We're still very early in production but for everyone that dislikes 'Thi4f', fear not, for it is entirely possible that it will change. :D

Isn't it frustrating to repeat that sentence over and over? :p The early Thi4f-logo the only "picture" released yet, and there are still people nagging about it. :laff:
