"Manage Attachments" missing.

I can't find the "Manage Attachments" section anywhere, while creating a new post. I want to post some images from my harddrive and am unable to, due to this missing option. :( It's been bugging me ever since I registered at TTLG.

What's possibly wrong and how can I get it to work ?
Is it a usual bug here on the forums ?

As the Posting Options box in the bottom-left corner of the forums clearly states: "You may not post attachments".

TTLG does not support attaching files or images to posts, and this is not likely to change.

Use an online image-hosting site such as (www.imageshack.us) ImageShack or (http://photobucket.com/) Photobucket to host your images and then link to them from your posts.

Which implies the Administrator also may not, which is the case. We're pretty used to linking to file or image sharing sites.:)
