The Dharma Initiative is legit as far as I know of.
The Dharma Industries website, while well designed, is completely fake.
As for the bar code on the official Lost site, the password's been known for ages. It's -

My family already has instructions not to bother me tonight. I have my BB gun loaded & ready to pop the first one that interrupts while I'm watching Lost (includes anyone even briefly standing in front of the TV). The only thing that worries me is that the meteorologists have predicted severe T-storms for our area tonight, which usually means the power ends up going out.

Nice. I have the "shotgun loaded and propped by the front door with a trip wire" setup to ensure that NO ONE DISTURBS ME!

I had a talk with a friend about that last episode and I feel better about it. They still drug it out a bit for me, but I was overlooking the Charlie innoculating himself to test it for Claire thing
I guess the show can still throw mind-benders at me, so I'm good and excited for tonight. Phone chord is coming outta the wall and we're on it, baby! Other than a few knives, all the weapons I've got are a pellet gun and a compound bow, so that's what I'll use to keep the 'normals' away.

*sigh* I live on a naval ship. If the big screen TV in our lounge area is occupied and I can't use it, I'm gonna have to run around the ship looking for a TV somewhere. I DO NOT want to have to resort to streaming it online Thursday :(

Just finished watching the season finale about an hour ago. All I can say is wow, best episode so far.

Talk about a fantastic episode.
So much was answered in the last two hours, yet a whole new slew of questions has come up. Not as much was answered as I would have hoped - in paticular, we still don't know all the info about The Swan. But we learned a lot more about it. My thoughts -
* The whole giant statue bit made me think back to the first season. Back before Dharma, before we got into The Swan. Back when we were constantly seeing new, strange, seemingly unexplainable things.
* Sayid finding that nothing was behind the door was surprising, but at the same time not. The Others constructed everything, including the fake Dharma station door, just to fool Michael. It's clear they have some pretty decent resources on their hands.
* Think this is the last we're gonna see of Michael? Somehow, I think we'll be seeing Michael and Walt again next season.
* Desmond's remarks and the pile of tubes seems to confirm the theory that The Pearl is in fact the experiment. And the episode pretty much showed that The Swan was real.
* So what was the deal with The Swan? Big magnet? Electromagnetic force? Did it go boom?
* Anyone else notice that Kelvin was the army commander who met Sayid in Iraq?
* Widmore Labs has shown up before in the show. They created Henry Gale's balloon, and the Widmore Labs name was on Sun's pregnency test.
* Anyone else a little freaked by Charlie at the end? He doesn't tell anyone what happened, and he just seemed... weird.
* The bit with the survivors getting captured by The Others was brilliant, well played out.
* No Smokey the Monster! We haven't seen the monster for quite some time now, not since it met Eko. Maybe Eko scared it off ?
* So is Henry Gale the leader of The Others? He seems to have authority over the other members, so was he lying when he told Sayid and Locke about "him"?
* Anyone else notice the name at the docks? "Pala Ferry", the same one mentioned in The Pearl video, the one those in The Pearl were supposed to take back to the "barracks".

But does the key take care of the problem? It was referred to as a fail safe, but we still don't know what happened.
