In case you didn't have it already, the password for the newsletter is "breakingstrain".
Then send Joop a message.
Then connect the rings.

Thanks, Turtle. I'll give it another try. (I thought the whole thing was designed just to creep people out.)

Nope. The Hanso Foundation website is part of "The Lost Experiance", a big internet game designed to keep fans of the show happy over the summer until the 3rd season starts up.

Did you even try it? Hint: You get a peek at Confidential Information. (The capitalized letters emphasize how very confidential the information is.)

given thefonz's posting history in this thread Dia, I don't think he could give less of a shit about Confidential Information.

I wouldn't mind her dying actually. People die with unfinished business. It does happen, you know. ;)
But similarly, I personally wouldn't understand the actress being fired for DUI. It just seems like a ridiculous reason - unless she couldn't make the filming dates due to being in prison?
People die with unfinished business, but it'd be just lame to show this image of her at the mental hospital with hurley, and then never bring it up again because she's dead. I mean, on the other hand I was kind of expecting Ana Lucia to get some opportunity to relay her experience with "some strange doctor dude" with Jack, but she's pretty clearly dead. I just think it'd be mean to the audience to be like "HAY! New Love interest backsto-! WIAT! Ohshesdead. Nevermind dudes!"
I'm kinda pissed that Ana's dead, not because I liked her character, but the Ana-Jack love interest lessened the tension between the Jack-Kate-Sawyer love triangle thing, and since Jack seems to be (most of the time) one of the more competent and useful survivors, and when he's got a love interest to keep him going and not get tied down in situations with Sawyer, he tends to do pretty well. I think though that either Jack or Locke might kick it pretty soon (or as previously mentioned, Locke might switch sides. For anyone who's read Atlas Shrugged it could be an amazing call back to the whole "fight the invisible enemy forever only to find out they're actually not the evil but everyone else is"): Jack because is would leave Locke in the leadership role he seems to try and automatically assume, which would create interesting personal struggles (along with leaving the island one less good doctor), or Locke simply because I'm getting the feeling that the writters secretly hate us (anyone else notice the stupid abundance of brand name products? it's mostly in the flash backs, but I wouldn't be suprised if they're taking in a lot of dough to try and stage the comeback of "Mouse Trap").
Yeah.

Well, I found a hidden message on the Hanso Foundation website... sure many have before me, now I'm curious. On the active projects page under "Worldwide Wellness and Prevention Development Program" I clicked on the "World Map" link, then stumbled upon a hidden link to one of their "centers" that is directly off the east coast of the U.S. The image it led to on the left had no information in it, except for when hovering the mouse over the white blank spot underneath the two gray boxes. It displayed a very light flickering message with a lot of jargon. If I could select the text it'd make things so much easier!! Hehe, I have no idea how to reproduce those symbols so I can figure out what they mean!
It seems to have only happened once but the clock on the site flickered away to display OB.EY and clicking it led me to their sublyminal site that was referenced in the last episode [Which I felt was amazing]. Knowing what I know now, it kind of makes sense the stuff I had to do to get that password on the site. So I have these passwords and am wondering where to use them!!! And after entering my name into the newsletter... yes it's creepy... but after what semeed like 10 minutes I just refreshed the whole thing. Is anything else going to happen?
Kinda neat. Also learned they set up an actual Hanso Foundation phone hotline: 0800 66 66 40 in the UK, 1-877-HANSORG in the USA and 1800 22 77 17 in Australia

It's not off the east coast of the US (well, I guess it IS, but), it's in the Bermuda Triangle. And there's a really simple cypher in the faint text that comes out to "missing organs"
Anyone else notice the new commercial for Hanso sponsored by Sprite. SubLYMONal, my ass. Best bit was after the episode the site broke and there was a big Coca Cola generic SORRY THE WEBSITE BROKE WE FIX IT NOW splash page. :D Also they're trying embarrasingly hard to sell this Bad Twin book. I fear that it may devolve into a bit too much sideways gimmick marketing if they're not careful and if people fall for it. But the site is neat.
I assume people have figured out the various passwords and had a chat with the monkey, right? And now there's access to stuff behind Mittelwerk's bio.
Far as tonight went... um... Well, it was good to see Locke and Eko on a mission, and I'm glad they didn't fuck around with the new hatch -- I had fear that it would get dragged out until the end of the finale just like before. Luckily no.
Also what's with Dr Plot Device on the videos going by two different names so far?
Next one's supposed to be Michael-centric. Which kind of bugs me because his are the weakest and least interesting flashbacks, at least in terms of contributing OOOO to the storyline. But maybe that'll change. Maybe it'll be flashbacks to the time he spent looking for WAAAAALT. That's what they did with Claire, and that worked well. And the preview kinda hinted it might be like that.
OH! On the video -- after the 8 hour shifts in the Pearl they catch the ferry back to BLWKLHF. Where the hell is that? Do they speak English in BLWKLHF? I thought that was a cool tease, for sure.
The other thing I liked was how this was one of the episodes that showed the Weirdness happening way before the crash. That Australian "psychic" dude seems to figure into a couple of things so far. And I wonder if we'll get told what the hell was up with his daughter. There's an awful lot of conning going on still.
I'm also glad Libby spit up and died without her dying words being trite accusations REVAELING THE KILLERR!!!!! because that would have been a serious rolleyes moment right there.
