Exactly my thoughts.

Whoa. Just fucking whoa.
Sounds like the Others made a deal with Michael; he brings the 'Good Ones' to them and they give him Walt back. BUT HOLY SHIT!!! He KILLED AnaLucia and Libby!! WTF!??
Btw; did Michael shoot himself in the arm at the very end? It looked as though he angled the gun towards himself instead of Henry. We already know he's gonna kill Henry and blame the deaths of the two women on him. We also already know that Hanso must be the 'great man' (or however Henry described the boss) that's running the whole show on the island. Must be one hell of an experiment. But was the story of the people living in squalor in tents Michael described true (he said mostly women, so if it's true it doesn't bode well for any females) or was that just a lie to make our survivors follow him?
And boy is Kate gonna be pissed off if she ever finds out what Sawyer & AnaLucia did! Not that AnaLucia will be telling tales any time soon.
If they kill Mr. Eko off (saw him fall/get pushed off a cliff on next week's previews) then I'm gonna be really pissed off. God, tell me that Tarantino hasn't been hired as a writer for this show.

oh holy shit what
Also I bet the guy in charge is a 100 year-old monkey. Like King Kong, only bright orange. And smaller. And older. Um. Or something.

think it was
further angled in to shoot on the outside of the ribcage. First I thought it was going to be for his heart but it wasn't all the way towards his chest.

About a couple of months ago I just threw my arms up in the air and said "fuck it, I'm gonna wait for the boxset". The constant cliffhangers and long waits were too much for me to handle.
The only problem is that I have to choose between waiting a few months for the boxset or waiting a week between episodes. Since I'm an impatient sumbitch it kinda feels like I'm losing either way. So I gotta know...has it gotten pretty interesting? Has anything juicy happened since I last watched it (the episode after Mr. Gale's imprisonment)?
Eh, fuck it. I'm gonna go download some torrents.

Well, in the preview for the next episode, Michael's arm is in a sling, so I think that's all he shot. I also don't think Libby's dead, since her character arc still has a way to go.

I initially laughed out loud when Michael killed both Ana Lucia AND Libby. Why? Because both Michelle Rodriguez and Cynthia Watros have gotten into trouble with the law for drinking and driving since they started on the show (Rodriguez is actually going to be doing some jail time.)
Then Michael opens the door and shoots himself in the heart, and now I'm just left with "Holy.fucking.shit."
Other thoughts:
Surprised that Jack and Kate were as easily taken in by Michael's story about the Others living in crappy tents and eating dried fish and crap, since Kate KNOWS that they've been pretending to be less sophisticated than they are, and she just told Jack that a few hours ago (Island time).
Jack's apparently got an australian half sister, my first instinct said that it's Claire for ZOMG TWIST, but clearly Jack's dad's ex is too young to be Claire's mom.
Sawyer and Ana Lucia: Second unmarried couple to screw on the Island (AFAWK)
Sawyer and Ana Lucia: Both complicit in Jack's Dad's death by drunk.
Jack's Dad: One smooth mofo at the airport bar "Hey random girl, wanna come to Australia with me?" "Sure."
Locke: Such a fucking sucker when it comes to people telling him he's special. Though in this case I can almost believe Henry's story, what with Locke being the first person from the plane to stare the Cerberus in the face and live.
[edit]watched on torrent, so didn't see the preview for next week's ep. Guess Michael didn't shoot himself in the heart. But did he kill Henry? My gut says no.

Okay, I know it says SPOILERS on the tin, but we started off with a nice spolier-tagged thing and now look what's happened.
(edit)
Yeah, you know what? fuck it. I'm not about to go around tagging everyone's posts for them.
Scots Taffer on 4/5/2006 at 08:17
It gets so crazy, GBM. I visit a forum where they spoiler-tag it purely because it airs an hour or so later from the East to West coast of the U.S. but the fags can't stay out of the thread and they're like: SPOILERS WTF ZOMG.
Dia on 4/5/2006 at 16:35
I'm too lazy to go back through the last gazillion pages to find David's post wherein he pretty much says something to the effect of 'fuck the spoilers I'm changing the thread title to let people know there are going to be untagged spoilers so don't read any further if you don't want to know'. Or something like that. I'd put the spoiler tags on one of my posts a couple weeks ago and somebody said they thought we weren't doing that any more. You guys are makin' me crazy. But I love ya.

Yeah, but why bother to even show that backstory since AnaLucia buys it & will never have a chance to tell Jack?
RE: Mr. Eko (next week's episode)
getting pushed off a cliff. Michael will have to take care of Mr. Eko since Mr. E. knows how to fight (and looks particularly nice with his shirt off).
I spoiler-tagged that since it hasn't happened yet and not everyone saw the previews.
Also; I think Michael
has to kill Henry so that he can blame the shootings on him. Mikey will (of course) say that Henry was killed when Mikey tried to wrestle the gun away from him.
Whoa. Nasty thought. Does anyone think that Michael has really
joined the Others (as opposed to fulfilling his part of a deal to get his son back?)? The way he kept saying he was sorry made it seem almost as if he wasn't really in control of himself. Brainwashed, maybe?
