I have a few good "soul gems" and want to enchant some of my gear. The '"cast when used" feature seems to be the only choice when i want to enchant anything besides a weapon. For most of you gamers it SU*KS to switch from one enchantment to the other when your in a major battle. Is there a enchanter somewhere in the game that can enchant a "constent effect" on items???? Is there any "constent effect" items in the game that regenerates magika??? Thanks

To have a constant effect you need to gave a 80 000 valued soulgem: either a Golden Saint or a Ascended Sleeper.

AND you need to use a Grand Soul Gem, or (my personal favorite) Azura's Star to trap said souls above. After that, it is relatively easy to make a "Constant Effect".

Of course, if you are planning to DIY, you'd need decent Enchant skill and a very high intelligence and luck if you want it to be of any good use.

Probably not a common shirt, but maybe an exquisite one. Item quality affects how much of a charge it can hold.
