A bioweapon like that would make absolutely no sense. That would be like having a weapon that can blow up the Earth or boil its oceans.
The amount of conspiratorial insanity it requires is basically on the level of something like the US government using weather manipulation to send hurricanes to ravage the coast of the US.

Novax must understand that IF a vaccine causes some issues - and it's possible, due to the spike protein in the COVID case - THEN the normal virus can just kill you.
There's no way you can react "better" with the virus (unless for some rare cases you ribosomes produce too much spike proteins with mRNA vaccines, and it's a really strange scenario).

I'm always a bit suss with any online sources these days. Gotta be careful you're not just taking your information from some kinda propaganda source. So the video is by China Observer. Just the channel name is already sending off warning signs in my brain. Falun Gong or Epoch Tiimes vibes.
So just with basic media literacy a channel or outlet called "China Observer" sounds like you should be wary of what they post straight up. And looking over their channel they certainly do seem apocalyptic with all their China news.
So instead of going off their video, i decided to google some of the key terms in their video description. If this is such a big story, surely everyone else will be reporting it. i used the words 'children's hospitals across Beijing pneumonia' from their video description as the search terms.
now, there are some hits about children going to hospitals in China but they're from November 2023. And nothing for this year.

It's a good channel, they rely mainly on footage and actual Chinese users. Their exposes on the rampant food safety issues in China are horrific (and verified)

They don't cite any of their sources, and all of their videos have alarmist, clickbaity titles. I'd be skeptical.

Well, in my part of the world, the hospitals are currently at 90+% of their inpatient capacity due to a mix of respiratory viruses and norovirus rising concurrently. So the hospitals around here just started requiring masks again until this wave is over, and the usual suspects are losing their shit over it again.
