Well, his usefulness as the respectable face has been depleting rapidly, given that the press briefings are just a show put on for Lord Dampnut's supporters in lieu of the rallies and he tends to openly contradict Lord Dampnut by speaking the truth.

Also, Bill Maher is an idiot if he doesn't understand the difference between naming a virus after some local river and trying to rebrand a virus that is already known by another name for political reasons.

And yes, wouldn't the world be a nicer and safer place if we could force people to stop eating animals, but you just try telling the people in the US, for example, that they can't eat chicken anymore, because it runs the risk of a bird flu spreading.

Really, it all comes down to Trump trying to make fetch happen. It's coronavirus now. Has been practically since the initial outbreak. Him calling it Wuhan Virus to try and shift more blame to China isn't gonna change that.
