What's the culture like there? Is your country more socially distant by nature, or is there a celebratory culture too? That seems to affect how this virus proceeds. I really don't know much about Estonia except every summer there are students from Tallinn University who wander my neighborhood knocking on doors, trying to sell children's educational books for Southwestern Advantage. They're a horrible marketing company that preys on university students. We made a sympathy purchase a couple of years ago and got to talk a little bit about life in Estonia.
Estonians are reserved and pragmatic, not big on touching, need a lot of personal space (not quite as much as, say, Hungarians, but far far more than Russians or Italians), not big on trusting authority, and tend to be more on the (small c) conservative side. As a whole, fairly similar to Finns, including the rampant alcoholism and the protestant work ethic making people prone to work themselves to death. Also there's heavy emphasis on all kinds of digital solutions, such as e-voting, heavy use of online banking, and contactless payments, which makes it somewhat more easier to avoid contact with other people.
Here's one British expat's impressions, for example: (
