Helping a country defend itself is not the same as attacking a country. And it definitely isn't cowardly.
What is cowardly is watching innocent women and children of a country that you promised to help being slaughtered by your enemy and doing nothing.

Every accusation a confession:

Two separate agreements in the fall allowed Iran to access up to $16 billion of its previously frozen assets, including a reported $10 billion as the result of an extension of
a Trump-era waiver that allows Iran to access funds for humanitarian purposes.

In September, the U.S. and Iran exchanged prisoners in a deal that also included the unfreezing of $6 billion in Iranian assets.

In October 2019,
the Trump administration made the money in those accounts available to Iran for limited humanitarian purposes, although the banks didn't use that accommodation much due to the increased reporting it required.

After the Hamas attack on Israel on Oct. 7, Deputy Treasury Secretary Wally Adeyemo reportedly told House Democrats in a closed-door meeting in October that the U.S. and Qatar had reached an agreement to prevent Iran from accessing the $6 billion that had been unfrozen as part of the prisoner swap, according to ABC News.

As for how we actually got here...
In 2016, Iran agreed to a deal to get rid of all of its medium-enriched uranium and 98% of its low-enriched uranium. In addition to that, it agreed to only enrich uranium up to 3.67% and get rid of two thirds of its centrifuges (which are fairly expensive to build).
According to inspection reports and US intelligence, Iran was following the deal.
In 2018, the US unilaterally ripped up the deal for basically no other reason than the whims of one person.
Iran started enriching uranium again as it was no longer bound by the agreements.
Lord Dampnut repeatedly tried and failed to "get a better deal than Obama".
In 2025 June, the US was in the middle of negotiations with Iran once again.
Israel, taking advantage of the opportunity that Iran was the weakest and least stable than it has been in a long time, attacked Iran under the pretense of Iran being "close" to acquiring nukes and started a war with Iran. Source: trust me bro. The leader of Israel, Mr Security, has been claiming that Israel is "very close" to acquiring nukes and urging for the US to attack Iran for decades.
Lord Dampnut, in desperate need for a source of narcissistic supply, decided to get the US in involved in yet another asymmetric war, which historically have turned out so well for the US.
As a result, Iran's nuclear program has been delayed and driven underground, and a number of its leaders have been killed, which has led both the leaders of Israel and the US to declare mission accomplished.
Now the goals have been changed and apparently include Iran's unconditional surrender and regime change, much like with Iraq it changed from "Iraq must not be allowed to have WMDs" to "Saddam must be toppled".

BS meme
LOL. You post some crap meme, which is a lie, without ever researching any of it? Just research the first one. Clinton did not supply Iran with uranium. It is BY LAW unlawful for uranium to leave the country.
I think you know that it is a lie and are simply used to posting lies as a response elsewhere. Okay, I understand that it is easy, but why here when you know we READ and understand things? Did you forget? Are you so used to being around unintelligent people on the right that it was a reflex? Or are you just that lazy?

LOL. So it's... wait for it...
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED

That is a false equivalency. Two different scenario's in two different times will produce different results, once weighed and measured.
In time you will understand this.

Or in time you will make another excuse.
Vae on 24/6/2025 at 01:12
The only one making excuses will be you, because Trump must be bad...and therefore, the successful preemptive move to avert a prolonged military conflict will have to be due to something else.
