Judge dismisses Trump's federal classified documents case...

As expected, we now witness more of the lawfare unraveling before our eyes.
Once again, Trump will never be prosecuted. The only way his political enemies can stop him from becoming president is by killing him...and given the opportunity, they will try again.

Cannon will be overturned now that she has finally spelled out her bias and corruption in writing. The only thing she did for Rump is delay this trial until after the election he is about to lose.

He was already prosecuted and convicted, in New York. He is officially a criminal. Thirty-four counts. Remember?

Obviously I meant "Trump will never be
successfully prosecuted", given the context.
As I've explained before,
he has not been legally convicted. That only happens during the sentencing hearing by the judge...So calling him a "convicted felon" is incorrect.
Since Trump will be president unless he is killed, he'll never get sentenced, and therefore never be convicted...due to immunity (mistrial) or death.

His sentencing is scheduled to occur before the election. He has to be elected president. That's still how it works, right?
Why do you love thieving, rapist presidents so much?

Again, as stated before, the hearing that is scheduled for September 18 2024 will either be further delayed until after the election, or at that time the judge will declare a mistrial due to the prosecution submitting improper evidence (based on presidential immunity).
Learn to pay attention next time.

Nicker, you're talking to someone who was heavily promoting Stefan Molyneux videos not that long ago. There's a pattern here.

Another nutcase like Fuentes.
In this case really over the top, he's a white suprematist BUT not-christian and anti-original-family :D (so, as far right case, he's the perfect platonic idealist).
No wonder, there are podcasts of this guy and.....Peterson. It's a circus.

Presidential immunity doesn't apply to the Stormy Daniels case because it was a personal matter not connected to his future Presidential duties and the crime took place before he was in office.
I wouldn't be so confident he'll get away with stealing classified documents either. Future SCOTUS pick Cannon has just delayed it until after the election, that's all. Her decision appears to be completely counter-precedent, so it's likely to be reversed on appeal after the election unless Trump wins and orders his AG to remove Jack Smith. Her decision is just what the conservative Supreme Court Justices wanted. She takes the hit to her reputation, not them. And if Trump wins, it just goes away and they never have to show their hand.
These shenanigans make my blood boil more than anything that ever came out of Trump's mouth. Our system of government absolutely requires the judiciary to be independent and impartial arbiters of established law, and the courts are our last line of defense against corruption. Blatantly corrupt justices for life Cannon and Thomas are a cancer. If it grows we'll have kangaroo courts at the federal level.

Stefan Molyneux claimed to be a libertarian but then worked for Iran and Russia's government-owned TV networks.
I've noticed that the most authoritarian-leaning people these days seem to have passed through a libertarian phase. I have no explanation for that.
