Once again, if there is evidence presented in a case that is subject to presidential immunity, as was here, the judge is obligated to declare a mistrial...and the prosecutor will not be able to retry the case before the election. However, it is very likely that sentencing will be further delayed, until after the election.
In either case, this means that trump will not be prosecuted, because:
1) Trump will be President of the United States.
Or...
2) Trump is killed or incapacitated by his political enemies.
Now that the transnational oligarchy has failed to defeat him with "lawfare", this is the only option they have left if they wish to maintain a greater hold over their collective interests in the United States, and thereby the world.
If Trump is alive and well on November 5, 2024...he will be President.
That case isn't subject to presidential immunity. That was my point.
And Trump is the candidate of the transnational oligarchy. It's a shame you guys can't wake up and see that.

Too bad for the pedophile gang, he's coming back to jail some more.

So why has the transnational oligarchy tried to ruin him relentlessly ever since 2015?

The answer is that they haven't. They loved it when he passed a tax cut for them as the first thing he did when he assumed the presidency.

transnational oligarchy
Ah, the big bad freemasonry satanic conspiracy but with the right wing
we're not nuts, you stupid libtard are-correct petersonian noun!

It was Heywood who brought up transnational oligarchy, so go mock him for conspiracy theories if you wish. As for tax cuts, Republicans always try to pass tax cuts. They are trying to destroy Trump for something well beyond that.
He isn't part of the establishment, so both factions of the Uniparty hate him. As I always say if he's pissing off both sides of the people ruining our lives, maybe he's doing something right.

Vae brought up transnational oligarchy, I was quoting him.

I don't think they have. The oligarchy is politically split just like the rest of the population. Their split is what defines our two-party system because their money sustains it.
Check out this list of biggest campaign donors:
(
https://www.opensecrets.org/elections-overview/biggest-donors) https://www.opensecrets.org/elections-overview/biggest-donors
The top 5 on the list are all Trump supporters.
1. Timothy Mellon - Heir to Andrew Mellon's banking fortune
2. Jeff Yass - SIG, personally owns ~$21 billion stake in ByteDance (TikTok)
3. Richard Uihlein - Schlitz heir, Uline founder
4. Ken Griffin - Hedge fund owner and manager
5. Rob Bigelow - Real estate, Budget Suites
And if you continue down the list looking up names you'll find many more oligarchs who have donated to the Trump campaign and contributed to his legal defense. Soros isn't even on the list so far this cycle.
Trump cries like a child about unfair punishment for his bad behavior. But it's not unfair punishment to hold him to the same standards we hold other corrupt public officials to. If you don't want the criminal justice system coming down on you, stop breaking the law.
I'm tired of him crying about the media too. The media made him. He'd be just another tri-state slum lord if it wasn't for the media. They gave him a mouthpiece in 2015 and 2016, gave his campaign legs, and helped him win the 2016 Republican nomination. They milked him for ratings obviously, but they made him a Presidential candidate. Then they turned on him to support Clinton. They did give him a second chance at the start of his administration, but he wanted to deal in alternative facts. If you don't want to be fact checked all the time, stop bullshitting.
Trump is not Teddy Roosevelt. He's not a reformer, he's a sick rich narcissist who lies compulsively and thinks laws are for little people. He's not a swamp clearer, he's lived in the swamp his whole life. He doesn't seem to know or doesn't care how to do things above board. He flips positions for campaign donations. All that combined with his legal woes makes him especially vulnerable to influence.

I wouldn't say slick but he has learned to delegate most of his dirty deeds and to make his crime statements ambiguous enough to avoid total admission. That "find me more votes" thing is a great example. He did not outright say to cheat but that is the only thing "find" could mean as only the creation of more votes to add to the total could give Trump a win.
RippedPhreak on 6/7/2024 at 18:25
Or he was asking for a recount...?
DuatDweller on 6/7/2024 at 20:17
Guilty of being dirty rich, and fuzzy, spoiled big man on the loose.
