Trump's pitiful understanding of the world I think has less to do with being an old dodger and more to do with the fact that not much integrates into his existing body of knowledge unless it has a direct transactional benefit to him in the moment, like at the level of the way his hippocampus and medial frontal lobe are wired.
I think people consistently underestimate, not recognize, or quickly forget just how disordered his worldview is, when you pay attention to what he's actually saying over the 10,000s of data points that have been documented at this point.

I vaguely recall offending you, but I'm having trouble remembering the discussion context. I think it was unintentional. I do get pushy with my arguments sometimes. Not sure if I apologized, and if not, sorry.
Thanks, harvester but it was not you.

Thanks, that's good to know but you were replying to heywood :)

It wasn't you either. You know, old guy not understanding new technology ;)
However ignorant tRump is of modernity, he is clearly well versed in the ancient arts of political expediency, emotional manipulation and the Big lie.
Witness his first return to Washington D.C., where his long time faithful and former bitter enemies, lined up to applaud him and to shake his shit and blood-stained hand.

*** BREAKING NEWS ***
Trump's New York July 11 Sentencing Put Off to Sept. 18 over Immunity
Considering Bragg used evidence that is subject to presidential immunity, Merchan must declare a mistrial.
One must remember that a a jury’s finding of guilt isn’t a conviction. A defendant only becomes a felon once the judge convicts and sentences him.
Therefore, Trump is not a convicted felon.
...and likely will never be.

Anything to get the orange turd of the hook for his crimes, right?
Don't worry. There are plenty more indictments waiting in the wings. Rump will rue the day he rode down that escalator. Being a big town crook wasn't enough for his ego and he will pay the price for his hubris.

Cooking the company books to cover up the affair during his 2016 campaign has nothing to do with exercising presidential powers.
1. The payoff happened before he was President
2. This is personal business, not government business
That's two reasons why it's not covered by the immunity SCOTUS just made.
Same with the classified documents case. Those records were kept for personal use, not official business. And the crime was committed after he left office.
The two election cases are probably trashed.

Once again, if there is evidence presented in a case that is subject to presidential immunity, as was here, the judge is obligated to declare a mistrial...and the prosecutor will not be able to retry the case before the election. However, it is very likely that sentencing will be further delayed, until after the election.
In either case, this means that trump will not be prosecuted, because:
1) Trump will be President of the United States.
Or...
2) Trump is killed or incapacitated by his political enemies.
Now that the transnational oligarchy has failed to defeat him with "lawfare", this is the only option they have left if they wish to maintain a greater hold over their collective interests in the United States, and thereby the world.
If Trump is alive and well on November 5, 2024...he will be President.

It probably doesn't help that he's been isolated from reality since the moment he was born.
