The Regime is the uniparty establishment. The Democrats and Republicans are on the same side, and it's against you.
"Stack the Supreme Court" is silly. He was elected, then proposed candidates that were then approved by Congress. Absolutely nothing outrageous there.

Bothsidesism does not work when the ethical and practical distinctions between the sides are as vast and substantive as they are between the Democrats and the Rethugs.
The Dems may want to get more apples than they are entitled to but they want to keep the orchard alive for everyone. The Magats want to burn the fucking orchard to the ground so they can have a few baked apples.

Then Moscow Mitch: You can't appoint to SCOTUS in an election year!!!!!
Dems: Fair enough.
NOW Moscow Mitch: Lets pack the courts during the elections!!!!
Dems: But you said...
If you think that's not outrageous, you drink more kool-aid than previously suspected.

Your naivety is almost charming. The Democrats set the agenda and policy. The Republicans' role is to pretend to oppose the Democrats, put up a little bit of a fight, then fold saying "Aw shucks, we almost had 'em this time...oh well, we tried our best. Make sure to donate a bunch of $$$ to us next year and we'll beat 'em then!"
The Republicans are there to create the illusion that the voters have a choice, but both parties are pursuing the same agenda. Against the people.
Edit: Your view seems to be that the Democrats are the plucky underdogs bravely battling against the Ontologically Evil Demons in Human Skinsuits Republicans, but you fail to see that the "underdogs" are always getting exactly what they want.
Because the whole "conflict" is a work designed to fool you, like pro wrestling. When the cameras go off, these guys that make speeches demonizing each other are laughing together sharing a few beers.
As for your phrase "packing the courts," that is not what "packing the court" refers to. That would be if a president started appointing more than nine members to the SC, just to create an ideological majority that agrees with him. Anyway, for the president to put up an SC candidate and Congress has to agree...is not how that works. Congress is not supposed to be just a rubber stamp that automatically supports the president (at this point they pretty much are, but apparently there are exceptions). The president puts up a candidate. Congress either approves or does not. They did not approve Garland. End of story. If you don't like it, get rid of McConnell.

The "regime" is just the mainstream, the bulk of people around the center of the normal distribution who keep the paleo-conservatives and communists out of power for the most part. The vast majority of people disagree with their views, so democratic systems don't produce the radical changes they want. Paleo-conservatives and communists don't like professional journalists and educators either, because they tend to reinforce the mainstream. In a society with enough individual liberty, we should be able to coexist and cooperate without a great deal of tension, but not everybody seeks coexistence and cooperation.

Surprize, surprize. Your strawman is so far removed from what I said it's more like a hay-stack. Nobody is getting exactly what they want, not even "teH REgiiiEMe".
One side, the Dems, want to preserve America and your side, want to destroy it. I see through your pretence and I am not fooled by your fake histories. You still haven't admitted to your previous pile of bullshit. No new bullshit until you clean up the dump you already took, kiddo.

You're so stuck in the blinders of "two sides" you fail to see both parties are shit, and do nothing to help average people. This is not my problem.

One party wants to give people health care, the other one opposes it.
One party wants to build infrastructure, the other one opposes it.
One party wants to preserve democracy, the other one forged election documents and attacked the Capitol.
I could go on, but the gist of it is that only one side seems to even remotely have an actual interest in governing. The other one just wants to rule.
RippedPhreak on 1/11/2023 at 19:41
If "one side" wanted to build infrastructure, they could have just done it years ago, instead of sending hundreds of billion$ to Ukraine as a payoff to Raytheon, Lockheed, etc etc. They also encouraged the 2020 Race Riots which burned down a lot of infrastructure. Great job.
Maybe they could use the money to build stuff instead of putting up hundreds of thousands of migrants in high end hotels for months? Speaking of migrants you can't implement a "free" health care system and then also allow the entire world to come reap the benefits. There are trade-offs.
And again, you don't have democracy if the oppo candidate is not permitted to run at all.

Trump hasn't been disqualified yet, and I don't think he will be or should be.

The US system is NOT made to "help people" but the make people help theirselves. In general liberal systems work this way, being the US one the more liberal one (I'm using "liberal" in the correct way of meaning, not the redpilled "libtard" one)
The systems "helping people" are the same asking the life of people at the front (they grow people to be pawns when the time of war comes, see Russia today)
Better, NO system is made to help what is antisystemic: it's just plain coherence.
But you don't want (or can't endure) anarchy (=no state, no "rights" and of course no "law" nor enforcement of "law"), so take the shit needed to protect your beloved "average life" :p
