Trump's claiming to be vindicated on the 2020 election because the Pennsylvania Supreme Court is going to reject some mail-in ballots on a technicality going forward, because individual voters failed to properly write the date on the outer envelope. Note, this is just the voter did a typo or didn't follow the instructions, and none of the affected ballots have been shown to be fraudulent.
This basically proves that they only care about disenfranchising opposition voters and they don't actually care about whether fraud was involved.

This reminds me of the stuff going on in Texas:
(
https://www.texastribune.org/2022/10/20/voting-texas-ballot-rejections/)
Quote:
Alice Yi of Austin is frustrated when she thinks about the March primary election, in which her 92-year-old father tried to vote by mail, as he had many times before, but couldn't.
He could not remember what identification number he used to register to vote more than 30 years ago, she said. When he sent in his ballot application with the last four digits of his Social Security number, a rejection letter from the elections office said that number was not on file. Another letter later said her father, who is legally blind in one eye, failed to fill out other details, such as specifying which ballot he needed.
By the third attempt, Yi, his caregiver, worried her father's application would not make it before the deadline and he would be unable to cast a ballot. So she took him to vote in person, for the first time in years.
Yi's father was just one of thousands of Texans who attempted to vote by mail in the March primary but collided with the Texas GOP's restrictive 2021 voting law, known as Senate Bill 1. When voting by mail, the new law requires voters to write their driver's license number, personal identification number or the last four digits of their Social Security number on their mail ballot application and mail ballot envelope — whichever number they originally used to register.
In fact, the mail-in applications and ballots of Asian, Latino and Black Texans were rejected because of the new ID requirement at much higher rates than those of white voters, according to a study released Thursday by the Brennan Center for Justice, a nonpartisan law and policy institute. The office of the secretary of state declined to comment, citing pending litigation over SB 1.
Although researchers couldn't determine the exact cause of the disparities, experts and advocates say that in addition to the voting law's restrictions, existing factors rooted in systemic racism, such as lack of resources in people's native languages and other socioeconomic barriers, likely played a role in the high rejection rates.
The system is designed to fail if they didn't put spaces for ALL the ID numbers, which would have allowed you to fill in each type, and they match your details that way.

Not only is that not surprising but it's expected. Worse to follow. The more they get away with the farther they will go.
On a more humorous note, Twitter is trending #Trumpisdead- (

The comments are hilarious. Apparently he shit himself to death in a McDonalds.

What a shitty way to go.

"There is a tiny possibility there might be more to this story than meets the eye" from the Twitter thread, is a reference to Elon spreading easy debunkable Paul Pelosi conspiracy theories the other day.
Here, they use the line then show images of Elon and Trump in the company of Ghislaine Maxwell / Epstein etc.
So yeah, that's a super good dig at Elon.

MAGA people (trads/cons) are so gullible - or in desperate search for "something to believe in" - and that's the real
permanent problem.
If you're willing to believe some dude walked on water and raised people from the dead 2,000 years ago, real-world loony bin ideas are child's play.

I just noticed this morning that (
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jim_Marchant) Jim Marchant was declared the loser in his race for Nevada Secretary of State. (
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mark_Finchem) Mark Finchem was already declared the loser in Arizona's Secretary of State election. Those were the two races I was paying closest attention to because of the implications for democracy. Note in the US, federal elections are administered by the Secretaries of State of each of the 50 United States, each according to their own rules. The Secretary of State is in charge of running the election and certifying the results. As part of the Jan 6 2020 plan, there were attempts to block the Secretaries of State in 7 key states from certifying the election results, and have the state legislatures submit false electoral slates for President instead of the elected ones.
Jim Marchant is a QAnon-er and election denier who ran on a bunch of ideas/proposals to reduce voting and said he wouldn't certify results for Biden. Mark Finchem is an equal or bigger loon. Check their wiki pages. I think they were the most dangerous of the candidates in the election because they buy into all the conspiracies and would be in charge of elections in two key swing states. After the last election, Jim Marchant started a coalition to recruit and support election deniers to run for Secretary of State called the (
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/America_First_Secretary_of_State_Coalition) America First Secretary of State Coalition.
His group included 17 candidates from 16 states. 15 have been declared the loser. 1 has been declared the winner, and the final result is pending. This is the best news out of the election for me.

Get ready: i have the inside scoop from QAnon that "the storm" starts today, with Trump's announcement.
Note these people are the same people who said "the storm" would happen on Nov 8th and that there would be no midterms at all, and Oct 10th before that, and Sept 24th before that (which went extra viral for whatever reason). Plus I'm pretty sure I missed a few, more dates just since Sept there, on which "the storm" was 100% guaranteed to happen.
The storm might have been delayed before, over and over again for the last 2 years, but it's 100% for-sursies happening later today! So get in your fallout bunker with your 3 months worth of canned food and bottled water, because it's all about to happen.
Literally, there are people on sites like greatawakening.win cheering on how they think that Trump's about to announce how congress has all been rounded up by the military and he's king now.
BTW relevant video and also one of the funniest moments on Colbert's show. The bit starts at 2 mins in:

Making up new conspiracies is easy and the QAnon convention and speaking circuit has turned into a gravy train for a lot of people. It may have started grass roots on 4chan, but the movement is now all about extracting money from fools.

In case you're not tired of winning yet, US people, Lord Dampnut is MAGA'ing it up again, this time promising things like abolishing the Green New Deal and whatnot.
