I mean, this is easy enough to verify empirically. Just take look at the number of criminal indictments and convictions each party's administrations have had in the past few decades. It's really not even a contest.

I keep typing a response and deleting it because I'm not sure what you are saying.
I offered Carter as an example of a "good Democrat" as requested by RippedPhreak. You seemed to be challenging that candidate on the grounds that his administration was ineffectual. I felt the challenge had been to provide examples of presidents who were simply better persons. I hope that clarifies.

Future Republican presidential candidates show their True Christian (trademark pending) values by ejecting asylum seekers (including women and children) from their territories as a political stunt.

Republican governors are in a cynical competition to outdo each other and send migrants from the US border by bus to New York, Washington, DC, Chicago and, now, by plane to Martha's Vineyard.
Basically shipping women and children randomly around as a political stunt sounds a bit cruel and people-smuggly doesn't it? The article points out that they told the people a nice story and they were happy to get on the planes as a result, however just tricking people to get on a plane of their own accord definitely doesn't make something NOT people smuggling.
Also it's on false pretenses. These people being shipped around are not illegal immigrants at all, they're refugees who sought asylum with the US through regular international law treaties to which the US is a signatory.
These are not Mexican illegal border-jumpers coming over for economic reasons at all, the whole plane load was mostly Venezuelans who entered the US then requested asylum.
So it's not clear what DeSantis and Abbott are even saying here, unless both of them want to be president then create concentration camps for women and children refugees.

Rich white shitlibs are happy to ignore the mass immigration problem as long as it's happening far away and their political opponents are the ones who have to deal with it. Putting it right in their faces is a good way to raise awareness of the issue.
The border states get around 100,000 per month, but Massachusetts is panicked over 50?

Rich white shitlibs? I thought you Republicans were all for rich people. As a matter of fact, it's the only people you are for.
Democrats have tried repeatedly through the years to address the immigration problem and been shot down in congress. Nothing but ship them all back will do for Republicans. Don't want no more brownies this side of the border. As usual you miss the point. I'm sure Massachusetts is happy to accept Venezuelans just as they have those from Afghanistan and Syria. What they don't like is the tricking of asylum seekers into being dumped with no resources. Perhaps the millions sent to Texas by the fed should be withheld and all those detention centers and judges and immigration officers paid for should be more spread out?

I don't care for the Republican party because they want the illegals too, to make sure big corporations have an endless supply of cheap labor to keep wages down.

Democrats have tried...what? To make sure the whole world can come in? Again, Republicans don't want to restrict immigration. Trump tried some steps in that direction and both parties flipped out. You might recall how Paul Ryan's budget specifically prohibited any money to be used for a border wall.

We'll see. Maybe next month they get 500...after that another 5,000. We'll see how long the people of Martha's Vineyard can remain "liberal goodwhites" under that kind of reality check. ;)

No resources? The people in MV are so rich they could feed 100 Venezuelan families each, for the rest of their lives.

The "detention centers" are full. The judges just give them a court date and release them. And...they never show up for the court date so the whole process is pointless.
As for demagogue's chart, so what? (

The yellow line is for 2022 - and this is just the ones they caught. Could be tens of thousands more that slipped through. These are the government's numbers, not mine.

Ah. I forgot. The Stormfront perspective. Got it. Wink wink nudge nudge say no more.
RippedPhreak on 16/9/2022 at 01:38
I just think it's funny that you're defending a bunch of white multi-millionaires that are suddenly all in a tizzy because some brown folks showed up in their town.

They were told they were going to Boston. Boston is an immigrant-friendly city with the willingness and capacity to absorb it's share of central American refugees. If they arrived in Boston, it would have made the local news for an evening and that's all, because 50 people in Boston is basically nothing.
But they didn't go to Boston, they went to Martha's Vineyard, which is a small island in the Atlantic that lives on summer tourism. There is zero housing to spare and no place for these people, especially in the off-season where most of the island is shuttered. I'm pretty sure they knew that, and went to MVY instead of BOS specifically for that reason. Also, the Obamas own a home on the island.
It was 100% publicity stunt and it's human trafficking. It doesn't raise awareness. It doesn't need to. We're already very well aware of how the pathetic governors of Florida and Texas suffer from Napoleon complexes.
