One theory is that Putin is shutting down the "biolabs" there. So they retroactively decided the secret Covid labs were in Ukraine, to justify Putin's invasion. Right now this is the most common one, to link it into the "secret American / Fauci biolabs" conspiracy theory. They're saying the Biden family "crimes" in Ukraine will be revealed by Putin too, so you can see how all those things tie together.
