The crime is conspiring to manipulate voting data.
No, you low-functioning colostomy stain, where is the actual evidence that a crime even occurred in the first place? "I didn't like the result" does not count as evidence.

I think there's enough interpretive room in the term "first term impeachment" for an impeachment process after the inauguration, if you had to pick a category for it. It's certainly not a 2nd term impeachment, it's still an impeachment, and it was for actions taken in the first term.
The question in the poll is "How long will Trump be President?"
rachel on 9/1/2021 at 23:49
Well there's also the thing, that the poll failed to predict that he could be impeached but not removed, which is what happened.
At this point, it's one full term. Even if he gets impeached again, it will not affect that outcome, only prevent him, if convicted this time, from holding office again.

I almost think he's been a necessary evil. Without him would all these crazies have come out of the woodwork? I think he's been the lens with with Murica should examine itself. You guys are cray cray, honestly. We're pretty bad but whoooeee are you guys something else. It makes the (relatively) small idiosyncraticities of the Italians, Germans, French and the Greeks seem quaint. Gawd I love Europe and wish were still in the EU! You also realise that despite everything Western Europe is incredibly sane. Even the Dutch and the Spanish are sound. I miss holidays. :(

Are you saying that packet captures and traces from one computing system (Dominion Voting Machine ) and another Computing System ( German servers ) don't count as evidence?
Better tell law enforcement this since multiple cyber crimes have been prosecuted with such evidence.
What is your "logical" reason for US voting data to traverse to Europe?
Of course, you can say that it was a small glitch and ignore all the red flags if the judges prevent a signature audit of all the affected votes...
So to retort, just because you like candidate who "won" doesn't mean that no voting manipulation occurred.
Again, how would you settle these conflicting stories?
Subject it all to IT forensics.
The NSA has all the data. Just look at it and determine where the truth lies.
SubJeff on 10/1/2021 at 00:14
But evidence of what?
You're talking about a fishing expedition. The police don't search your house "just in case" ffs.

Generic schtick about the MSM coming in 3...2...

In context, it is clearly a reference to the term ending prematurely.

Yes. Use the most anti-Trump "fact checkers" possible. A news source who was revealed to collude with Clinton during the 2016 election cycle via Wikileaks.
"That is totally neutral."
Why not follow up the lead instead.
Trumps team has collected network forensics.
These forensics can be checked against the NSA collections.
If the forensics are bunk then the NSA records and ISP records will end the discussion.
If there are connections between the Dominion machines and Germany then start asking "why".
This "news source" just asked the accused whether they did anything wrong to which they will obviously answer "No, this is all false".
Is that how you "debunk" things, asking the suspect whether they did it?
By the way, they "debunked" the Pizzagate thing the same way:
Question: "Are you exploiting or endangering children, or are these just baseless conspiracies?"
Accused (on Fox News): "It's all baseless."
Result == Debunked according to Snopes \ Fact Check \ etc
No hidden microphones, no sources. no journalism. Just bluntly asking the suspect whether they did it.
