They'd do a lot better if they renounced violence.
No need for a Gaza Strip blockade if there's no threat of weapon manufacture.
Also no excuse for checkpoints and carving up the West Bank of there's no threat of violence. That land theft is behind facilitated by the security risks.
It's the tragic thing; Palestinian violent resistance of the occupation is the reason, and more importantly the excuse, for the occupation tactics.
A Gazan regime that is only interested in working for it's own advancement, including with its neighbours and not against them, would work out 1000x better than it is.
And why on earth would the US move it's Embassy our of Israel? That's a massive move.

You can keep your Oxford comma when you get jewels like this...

They probably meant out of Jerusalem. Trump moving the embassy there kicked out a diplomatic shit storm iirc.
But that's a
fait accompli now. US/Israel relationship is what it is, but they're allies. Moving the embassy back to Tel Aviv would be an unprecedented slap in the face. I'm not saying it will never ever happen, but Biden won't be the one to do it.

Neither will he pry the Golan from the guy that some here are naïvely calling Putin's buddy.

Israel has a legit strategic reason to hold onto the Golan, which has recently been reinforced of course.
Nameless Voice on 15/11/2020 at 21:01
Golan is more debatable (the annexation is still considered illegal by most countries in the UN), but they also occupy Gaza - and if you say they have a strategic reason to hold that - well, then that's just like saying that Germany had a legitimate strategic reason to hold on to Warsaw in '44, even more so when all those pesky Polish Home Army people were causing all that trouble.
Edit: To clarify, I'm saying that you can't look at a people who are oppressed and their country occupied, and then blame them for being violent because some of them fought back against their oppressors. It's like saying that a wife should be arrested for snapping and beating up her husband after silently taking years of physical abuse from him, while completely ignoring the crimes of her husband. It's not right for her to do that, but it doesn't change that the husband's behaviour is the far bigger issue.

Yawn.

True enough, arguing with bigoted "centrists" is boring and a huge waste of time.

Your comments on Israel are veering dangerously close to anti-Semitic alt right talking points. Perhaps we should see what you're saying on other platforms.
