Trump already had multiple chances to put out multiple fires. Instead he keeps pouring gasoline on them. Smoke, there's no smoke and anyway the wind will blow the smoke away.

Interesting segment from Rachel Maddow. At the impeachment hearings, Professor Pamela Karlan, laid out an extreme hypothetical of a fictitious president refusing to send mandated emergency relief aid to a state, unless it did him a political favour. Six months later, that is no longer a hypothetical.
