Genocide is a pretty specific thing, JK. Bush, Obama, and Trump have targeted paramilitary or government groups such as Al Qaeda, ISIS, or Iran. For it to be a genocide, they'd have to be going over a much broader target, like Arabic Shiite Muslims, and would be spending a lot of time purposefully killing civilians.

Our Middle Eastern policy is pretty shitty and overbearing, but it's not genocide. We're more concerned about maintaining the petrodollar and our links to various oil supplies than eradicating an entire indigenous people for the simple sake of it.
