I just finished my ammo-saving game. I killed NO human being.
Confession: I was not a pacifist: When they killed themselves (by turrets/their own rockets/their own explosives...) I did not intervene. I also have to confess that Robots, hairless monkeys (grays), karkians and the nice grasshoppers did not count as humans. :tsktsk:

The only real problem was:
Simons. He followed me to A51. and appeared just then when I was in a hurry :grr:

My biggest stupidity:
I installed "silent walking" :eww: - on the other hand it would be too easy with "running", I already run past many enemies.

I'm playing Deus Ex without weapons (Realistic skill). I don't even use a fire extinguisher or pepper gun.

You can imagine how hard it is to destroy those tri-hull welds without a GEP gun or a LAM.

Heh, I write my name with "ae", but some people calls me "räkkeri". But I don't care. But your nickname (for example) in mIRC can't be Räkkeri, so...

Yes, I am attempt to finish Deus Ex without weapons. But I just got stuck in Brooklyn Naval Shipyards (whatever).

What do I define as a weapon? errm..
Pistols, rifles, shotguns, granades (all, including scramble granade) and those big guns (GEP, plasma rifle) are weapons, and I don't use them. Then, pepper gun and PS2 (or something) are also items I don't use. And (I don't know why) I don't even use that fire extinguisher. I yet haven't used any turret or bot to eliminate my "enemies", and I hope I never have to use that option.

Correct me if there is something wrong.

yea well, i once tried the fire-extinguisher on myself (was burning like a candle) - didn't work.

the question about weapons:
shure the guns are weapons. but what about the nice tools like prod, the e-shocker, knives, basketballs, boxes...?
easier: what items do you use in the game?
and do you choose bio- or radar- invisibility?
and yes: you are a WINNER to try this.

Rather sounds like impossible to me .. how d'you wanna do that? The only way I can imagine is throwing TNT crates at the welds. But the guards'll spot you. Besides, if I recall correctly, this isn't possible everywhere.

Darn, I totally forgot those prods and other stuff.
Lets but it this way: I only use multitools, lockpicks, juice cans (and boxes) to mislead the enemy. So I don't use knives, prod chargers or batons ... (never even thought about using basketball.)
Oh, I also use ballistic armor and hazma suit, but I don't use any of those invicibilities.

Yes, but you have to bring those TNT crates from ammo storage place before the ship. That propably is the hardest part of that mission (or something). But anyway, I have planned it pretty well, so I think it'll work... I hope it'll work. :erm:
