Server crashed/shut down while Saam was on holiday. He got back today and got it up and running again. Admins are planing to ask for donations so TTLG can move to a dedicated server hosting plan, which runs about £1200 a year.

Yep, we're baaaaaaaaack. And that's one succinct summary!
I think the dedicated server plan's a good idea, it's one way of avoiding stuff like what just happened. We just need to pitch in together as a community.

I'm curious what "other methods" of payment will pop up, aside from PayPal. Though I suppose I should probably get around to setting an account up one of these days, anyway. Seems to be very popular nowadays.
