Okay. I've done most of the things I can do. My question is: Will joining all the guilds/houses/legions/cults get you in to EVERY place in Morrowind? Or are there places that you just have to find on your own? Know what I mean? I've hesitated to go into places I've not been "assigned" to in case it ruins a quest.
Thanks for your input!

Not all places are quest related.
Generally, if there is a quest to kill someone, and you have killed them already, you will be able to finish the quest.
Always keep items that have unique sounding names if you find any, since they are the ones used in quests. (Generic items used in quests can be retrieved from pretty much anywhere).
Having said that, quite a few important items (but not all) are related to quests. So if you do most of the quests for as many factions as you can, you will have quite a good collection of rare items. Unless they take them at the conclusion of the quest.

Unless they take them - no kidding, Striker. I want all of those Sanguine items back! :)
Thanks for the input. I've done the Fighters, Mages, Thieves guilds, the Morag Tong and all 3 Great Houses, the Imperial Legion and Cult and, of course, the main quest. The only thing I can think of that I haven't done yet is all of the Twin Lamps quests because in the game I'm currently playing, I haven't freed enough slaves yet.
Am I missing anything?

Well, there are quite a few random quests given by people you meet in the wilderness or cities etc. Some of these require 'unique' items. Then there are the Daedric Shrine quests, and the Vampire quests, both of which require unique items. The Daedric Shrines have unique powerful items, which are given to you at the completion of the quest. Of course, some of the Shrine quests may involve things you can disrupt if you adventure out on your own. I think.
Of course, most of the fun is by just going out and looking for things on your own. I wouldn't worry about disrupting quests too much - if you can't do them, then you move on. Most of the remaining quests don't have follow up quests anyway. :)

You forgot to mention the temple...
Most quests you can't disrupt, if someone attacks you then most likely you needed to kill them and if they don't attack you then you don't kill them. Of course you can disrupt the occasional quest but most of the time you can still continue. As for the daedric and vampire quests, most of them are disabled untill activated so there is very little chance of disrupting them.

Oops, yep, I forgot the Temple (and I have done those). How do you do the daedric and vampire quests? I have seen absolutely nothing on this in Morrowind....Is this an expansion pack thing?
...Honestly, I feel so dumb when I ask these questions. But I do so appreciate your responses. Thank you!

To accept a daedra quest, you need to find the shrine for that Daedra lord (the statue will 'speak' to you when you activate it [click]). If you have completed the temple quests, you will have already visited at least one of these sites (the profane shrine in one of the Vivec cantons). There may be rumors or other clues to find some of the other sites (I honestly don't remember that well, nor have I performed many of the daedra quests).

Note also, each of the Evil Daedra lords has more than one shrine with a statue of him, but only one for each will activate a quest.
Only one statue for the good Daedra tho, and they seem to be out in the open instead of inside a shrine.

Most one's which have a name like "statue of whatever", if it doesn't have a name then it doesn't so anything and if it does then when you activate it, it might do something.
You can do a quest for 2 good daedra, you are forgetting Azura which has one inside Azura's shrine. I assume you a refering for the goldbrand quest for the other good daedra quest.
Find a walkthrough for the daedra quests if you want because it will take a while to find them all. I think I got about 3/4 of them by chance after a very long time of playing then I finally got a guide and did all the one's which I would never find.
As for vampires, (

Oops, my bad, I meant only one statue for each good Daedra (as opposed to several for each of the bad ones).
I'm sure I recall Azura's was out in the open... or was there a statue in the open AND another inside her shrine. Actually yeah that might be it.
