Er, does this mean there won't be any electro chimeras? (They were ok, just a bit too frequent for something so mean)

So they're rewriting all the scripts from scratch meaning any fan addons will have to be rewritten too, not really seeing the point.
Also I hated electro himeras at first but they changed Pripyat completely for me, for the better too, I was almost doing free running to keep away from the ground for as long as possible, it ruled.
Btw, will the russian AMKs break your game if it's an english version?

Thanks for the heads up, I look forward to the english version. The first blowout in AMK, watching everybody frantically leg it for cover was one of my favourite Stalker experiences ever.
//Edit: On the Electro-chimera note, yeah, I thought they were overpowered as well. Trivial task changing that in the actor file though...
The other monster thing I liked was the bloodsucker weakspot although I think they should have still been possible to kill without it, just more slowly.

The only problem with electrical Chimeras was that their electrical discharge was not electrical at all. At least I was still getting hurt with something like 120% + suit Electrical resistance.
And they could've been tougher. But I guess that was a fault of my realistic weapons mod...

Kinda love-hated the Electro Chimeras. On one hand they did ridiculous damage with ridiculous range, on the other hand they were the only real challenging thing around, no other beasties gave me that "ohshiiit" feeling anymore.
So when can AMK-EN 2.0 be expected, around this time in 2009? :sweat:
