I was wondering that myself. If you look around, you could probably find some mods. And the face is one of Rhedd Head's, I believe.
Kilana probably doesn't come here very much anymore, but what's that... gem looking thing? Above the char pic and to the left.

And Newbie, the best place to look for Morrowind mods is Morrowind mod sites. Like (

I don't think stickys really help that much. We still get people asking where to find spells and stuff... Can't we make a sticky called 'RULES - READ THESE FIRST' in caps and everything? And we can list a few good sites to answer commonly asked questions and what not... Even though if we did that, this part of the forums would pretty much close >.<

@ registered, perhaps they mean something like acknoleged(no idea how the spelling is :D)
