Well, I finally got around to installing tribunal and bloodmoon, and since I lost my first Tuco I re-created him in God's image and did the main quest and the side quests that I felt like.
After deciding that it was time to venture to Tribunal, I put in the plug-in then went to sleep. Then went to sleep again, and again, and again about 20 more times. Still no asshole assassins.
You know what this tells you? Those assassins know better than to fuck with my shit.
That's right, those db_assassin1 shmucks got the fuck away from me and wouldn't attack me. Well, player->add "db_assassin1" made all those problems go away, pussies.
So I dallied through the tombs and sewers, slaying goblins left and right, making sure everything was properly marked via their blood and my piss. Archcannons died only to be revived via savegame and everything was getting boring until I found some chimp King Lich and took his ring off his cold dead corpse.
Well, some prick decided that that whore almexiala wanted to see me, so I went into her little brothel where high ordinators bang her no doubt and fought her.
In her defense that was one of the most tough fights I've faced. The Ordinator hands(up Almexia's skirt before) were quick and healed themselves, and Almexia had some huge radius fire ball shooting from her tits knocking me down.
Well anyway, it took me a good 2-3 minutes to knock them all out, and I'd just like to say that she's my bitch now.
Oh, and it will delight you all to know that I will create a Tuco mod where tuco is in a house that you can fight. I might need someone to do the grunt work of the mod since it's beneath me(Aka: I don't know how). But Tuco will be the exact image of God and he will be as unkillable as the real thing is.(no cheats of course!)
I'll have two mods, one for when I'm done with Morrowind w/o mods/expansions(IE: the original Tuco), and the second for when I'm done with Tribunal/Bloodmoon.
(PS: I got the legit bought-from-the-store bloodmoon CD, and it didn't work, so now I'm downloading the thing illegally off DC++, go figure)

And how the hell do I get out of Mournhold? It's funny how the seamless world transverted into a zone based(which is better imho)

You stuck in Mournhold? I think the only way to get out is to either talk to the lizard teleportation guy in Helseth's Palace, or if you have the Barilzar's mazed band (the ring you referred to in your post) you can use it to teleport to Vivec city.
