dang.. wouldnt' let me put the question mark in the title.
Oh well.
Has anybody given a listen to Julien-K ?

I have to say I'm quite fond of them. And Amir Derakh has always been an influence on guitar for me.
If you're a Depeche Mode fan.. or New Order any of the good stuff from the 80s then give them a listen. Or if you're a fan of orgy i suppose.
did I really use "DP" and "orgy" in the same post?

You're allowed to say it, sure.
How others will answer is another question ;)

I saw them at a concert last summer. The singer seemed like a complete asshat and their music was bad.

I listened to the "Death to Analog" song...I have to admit, that didn't sound much like Depeche Mode to me. That one sounds more like Trent Reznor was shaking a Commodore Amiga upside down by the angles, and Sascha Konietzko came in to see if he needed any help. Not that that's necessarily a bad thing, mind you...:cheeky:
The other songs do sound more like that, that I've listened to. The only DM albums I have are 'Violator' and 'Playing the Angel,' which I like, even though nobody else I know seems to. 'Violator' in DTS surround is awesome, though...if record companies want to know why CD sales are going down, it's because CDs and MP3s these days are interchangeable...but no MP3 can sound like a remixed DVD or Blu-Ray. But, that's just me. <---Nobody cares, I know.

I've got their album, and there are a few songs that just put me back in that place.
