I went back and listened to the Assassins. They say 'He told us they would be around here somewhere.', so that points to Helseth. If you tehn speak to the guy in the court yard about the plot, he basically tells you it was Helseth.

Even though I'm in London for a few days, I shall still make sure that this thread Shall Not Wither.
I looked at the list of posts sorted by number of replies, and this thread has the most. Ha! It was Jordy's fault, for mentioning Helseth, which led to orcs and other Greater Things ;) . Credit where credit is due.
