She's working on it.
And what about Lacerta?

Might be difficult with the flash reflecting off his scales

As I type this, I have dozens of photos scattered all over the spare bed next to me. I've picked out two or three which I consider to be reasonable and will be sending them off to Ania sometime this week.
There are some really stupid ones of me as well, but frankly, I don't think my fragile ego would stand up to having them posted on the internet. I'm really quite shy :)

Riiight. Shy.
Yeah, right.

Y'know, on second thought, this is almost believeable... I mean, if Jerry Springer expects us to believe that his guests aren't planted, I can almost buy Jordana's "shyness" story. Almost. :erm:
Hrm... and now that I've mentioned the dread beast's name, I guarantee you I won't be accepting any suspicious invitations from friends for awhile now. :p

OK, OK, point taken :) But it's true! Seriously... If we met up, I think you'd find me very quiet, at least initially. I'm not particularly comfortable in large groups, and I take quite a while to warm up with people. I really dislike being the centre of attention, as well. I couldn't stand the thought of doing something like karaeoke, for example, where you have to put yourself on display.
People who get to know me very well seem to consider me to have a wicked side, but it's well hidden a lot of the time. Not on here, obviously.......
Don't suppose you have any candy canes, Forsythe? :ebil:

Oh, I wouldn't worry about shyness... most times I've been to a meeting of ppl who only know each other via the 'net, things are utterly awkward for the 1st hour or so. After that, things usually settle out and everyone opens up. I can be an extrovert if I'm in the mood, but I'm just as likely to sit and watch; it's nothing worth stressing about. :)

I don't think I'll ever be an extrovert, but like you said, given time people tend to relax with each other.
Oh, strawberry'll do :p
There was a little double entendre on the word "cane" there, which I hope you appreciated :)

True enough... the important thing is to not feel pressured to relax - there's no way in all of creation that anyone'll relax then :p

(in other words, I got your witticism and found it quite.. invigorating ;))
