Allocating more HDD space in Vista

I have Vista installed on my laptop. My windows partition is 15 gig, the other is like 70. I would like to throw about 5 more Gigs over toward the C: drive. I have done it before, but can't remember how.

you need to get a partition tool, there are many out there, but the linux one are free and do the job. So I recommend Gparted - (http://gparted.sourceforge.net/)

(http://www.partition-tool.com/) Easus Partition Manager is actually a lot easier to use.
