Copy the file SND2.CRF within the System Shock 2 directory
Rename SND2.CRF to SND2.ZIP

Folders within the ZIP: (each contains a subdirectory of the language installed)

vBriefs - contains the tutorial audio dialogue
vCs - contains the ingame cutscene dialogue
vEmails - contains the audio emails
vLogs - contains the audio logs
vTriggers - miscellaneous sounds

These files are all .wav files so can be played on any media player

No, just disappointed to find yet another person who doesn't understand what YouTube is for. Your little project has had almost no effort put into it. You've joined all the audio files into one and slapped a static image on top and uploaded to a video website.

You could have shown images of the speaker while playing each log. You could have shown the text/transcript of the log.

You could have just provided a link to the audio file but that would have been just as big a waste of time since most people here have System Shock 2 already and can listen to them whenever they want to.
