Every time I see one of these things I keep thinking of the walking creatures from Tremors 2.
And since I was posting that, I was also wondering if it is worthwhile to expend the cash, and the training time to learn to use Bows. I am a lvl 32 Redguard fighter (Axes, Long Sword, Enchanting, Armorer, Block are my major skills) Marksmanship is only misc skill, and quite low. I have done a great deal of lockpicking and my security skill is only 30 or so with some level buying. Is is going to take forever to be a good marksman with it as a misc skill? I am just really getting sick of having 4 or 5 Cliff Racers squaking at me all the time, and I have to stop and slash them with my Daedric Dai-Katana.
Telvanni Tower Spoiler Question:
edit: One more, how many keys are there for Tel Fyr's Dwemer Boxes. I searched for it, but I have seven keys, and there is the one box next to the Dwarf I cant open.
Bows can be useful, though I find it difficult to hit anything that's not right under my nose. Throwing weapons are better. I don't know that I'd pick it as a major skill again though.
