Mustn't forget the "Seyda Neen Under-the-Bridge Club"...every time I go back there, another person has joined the little crowd under the town side of the main bridge...several guards and some civilians, unable/unwilling to get out again. They're either sheltering from the terrible weather or having delusions of trollhood.
