I'm having a delima here, I don't know how much further I should go with this mod. I've already got 36 types of arrows you can create by ramming them full of ingredients, is that enough? There are two people that sell hollow arrows, one in arrilles tradehouse and one in the balmora mages guild. any suggestions for other places to put these "chemical arms dealers"? they also sell books with offensive alchemy formulae.
If you have a place you would like me to put an arms dealer, please specify the name of an NPC nearby where you want her. I have yet to play the game enough to know where you are talking about but I can use the editor to find NPCs super fast.
