Every once and a while I will go back and play Morrowind game of the year edition, but, recently odd things would happen during my game play. I have had many odd moments in this game, but this one stood out most of all, I was in the Arille's trade house, jumping instead of walking in order to also get acrobatic experience.....and then I fall through the floor into darkness, my guy started taking some damage from the falls, and repeatedly started groaning as he seemingly slammed into invisible walls of darkness, only to find my guy fall down through the trade house again and land right next to Arille who suddenly made a comment about it being illegal to teleport or something, being a console glitch I am not quite sure what to think, nor do because this was not the only time my guy seemed to learn to phase through floors, what do I do?

There's nothing you can do. It's a perfectly natural occurence. Atleast you didn't keep falling forever... That happened to me once.

Yes, that tends to happen when you jump a lot, but only indoors. I've never had it happen to me outdoors.

Sometimes mods can conflict with eachother and tear about the fabric of space! Atleast, it tears the terrain, making holes which you can fall through.

That would be interesting if rifts/giantholes/whatever could litterally form in Morrowind.....
