For those of you who know what I'm talking about, I got to the point where you get the key to her house and she tells you about the acrobatics master, but then when I rested at her house she disappeared. I've heard of another quest you do for her, and since I haven't done it yet, I was wondering if anyone knew if there was something I had to do to make her reappear or somewhere I have to find her.

It's a bug. If you rest in her house the first time you visit then she will disappear :(
I reloaded to a previous game when this happened to me and didn't rest there. When I visited after this I was able to rest there just fine without her vanishing.
Try opening the console with ~ and then enter the command: RA

Maybe one of you can tell me who is bothering Ahnassi? The Cammora Tong guy that I said I'd take care of. Who is he, and where? I didn't bother to write it down and it doesn't show up in my journal under "Ahnassi," "share a care," etc.

Ahnassi disappeared on me too, same situation.
I didn't realize it was a bug until a few more hours play time, and I didn't want to lose that by reverting to a previous save, so...
After a bit of research, went to the spot in her house where she was supposed to be, opened console, and typed: "placeatpc ahnassi 1 1 1"
Problem solved.

Actually, my journal says, "Ahnassi told me some Camonna Tong thug has been threatening her. She asked me to protect her, but I told her I couldn't make any committments." That was back when I was still hedging my bets and deciding what factions to team up with :)
