System Shock 2: Expansion Pack I: Deck 5 Basketball Special
Aaaaaanyway, maybe we shouldn't be creating yet another anti-EA thread. :p

Yes, because you know I'll be obliged to start screaming about Populous, MULE and Deluxe Paint. ;)

If you just changed the assets you'd have roughly half of SS2 right there, some no doubt hardcoded parts like hacking and needing to add skills or an inventory will probably put a halt to the rest though.

Okay, who's going to be the one to import the Big Daddy model into SS2?
Kolya on 22/8/2007 at 16:14
The model would probably look like a cheap version of the Bioshock one... :erg:
A security bot that protects a psi monkey would be more interesting. Maybe dark can't create such a behaviour - I dunno.

So is anyone actually enjoying BioShock more than SS2?

There's a game that I enjoy a lot more than SS2. It's called System Shock.

D'Arcy: rockin' it old skool since 1995.

Both SS games were ground breaking in their time
Bioshock is also but from a different perspective.
SS and SS2 both broke the mold in how games were PLAYED at the time
Bioshock breaks the mould of how games are MADE now.
The AI tricks and more interactive world are leaps from the linear gameplay.
This doesn't make as much impact as the way the stories were told or the RPG elements.
Theres also the rose tinted way we look at old games
