If you killed her, then you've finished the main quest of Tribunal (have you talked to anyone about Almalexia yet? The reactions are interesting)
There are many small side quests to do. Have you done any of those yet? All you have to do is wander round and talk to as many people as possible to get them.
Other than that, there's not much left. Tribunal really is quite short.....I still visit Mournhold, because I took over a house there and I like to treat it as my holiday home. Mournhold is very very pretty by night under the stars.
