Adding PickPocketable Objects to NPCs

EDIT: something needs to be changed about how two _s change the format to underlined(it's a nightmare with all the actors names being blahblah__1)

I'm not sure if it's worth changing the formatter for this purpose. You can always use double quotes to bypass wiki formatting entirely - I cleared it up, so have a look to see how it's done...

However, if there are suggestions about adding markup I can have a look into it.

Just FYI, what scumble means is put ""Gen__0"" with get Gen__0 and not Gen<u>0</u> or anything equally retarded.
