Adamantium armour has a helm it is present in one of the official plugins, I think that you already know it. One question: where can I find gold armour and is it worth it?

Its cool Red. You didn't know because you hadn't played that one yet it was an honest mistake.
As for the questions about the gold armor. There are only 4 pieces to the gold set, pauldrons, cuirass, and helm. It is as strong as ebony but lighter (its medium). The only thing is if your character isn't female your going to look kinda dumb in the cuirass and helm since they were designed for female characters.
There is a set of gold in the Redoran Vaults in Vivec. And also the smith at the Hawkmoth garrison in Ebonheart has it as well.
The domina armor which is also part of the Lefemme plugin is good to. Its light armor and is stronger than chitin but weaker than glass. But like the gold armor male characters are going to look strange if they wear it.
