Well the new plugin is out - i haven't downloaded it yet - I was wondering if anyone else had and what they think of the armour?
I've heard that it's a sort of new medium armour designed to make the medium amour skill more of a choice.
I think the main question is this -
Does Adamantium armour provide more protection than glass (but weigh more) while being lighter than daedric?
I think medium armour is a joke at the moment but if adamantium armour can positively answer the question above medium armour may well become a legitamate choice...
Out of interest do you need the The Adamantium Helm of Tohan to get a full suit of adamantium armour or does the plugin include a non unique helm?

Just d/l'ed it to see.
No helmet or shields, same defence as Dreugh, Enchant capacity : 3 for left paludron & greaves, 30 for cuirass and 10 for rest.

VERY dissapointing... :nono:
Thanks for your effort WingedKagouti. :D
Has anyone noticed by the way that the guy on the TES construction Set CD is wearing a full set of Dreugh armour - i wonder why they never created the full suit in the game?

I think theres a full set... On one of the descendant's of Oreyn Bearclaw's bodyguards.

EV, That figures! If that's the case, be careful. I denuded those 3 'gentlemen' (removed their belongings & stashed them in a heap nearby) w/the intent to return later to retrieve their goodies. The 2 Necht beasties were still there but neither the 3 NPC's nor any of their worldly delights. Rats! I hate when that happens.

No there isn't a full set of Dreugh armor in the game, only a helm sheild and cuirass.
As for it being a dissapointment I dont think it is. I mean its as light as medium armor can be without being well light armor. Its got the same defense as Dreugh which doesn't have a full set, And the only sets that are better than it are Indoril which will get you attacked and Gold which doesn't have a full set.

GOLD ARMOUR IS A MOD!
Gold armour doesn't exist in the normal un-modded version of morrowind and i can't tell you how many times I've seen someone mention gold armour like its an official armour from the game and someone has said "wow tell me more"...
Please i can't stand it any more! [starts to sob weakly]

Well we were talking about the Adamantium armor which is a official mod so I thought it was only fair to include other official armor mods in the discussion.
But sorry about the confusion.

Well my definition of an 'official mod' is one you can download from the official web site such as adamantium armour.
After double checking to make sure i haven't gone mad 'gold armour' isn't on the official site as a download and as such isn't (in my opinion) an official mod...
As such i don't understand how you could state that gold armour is an 'official mod'.
