May he be in a lot of pieces.

Note how the media uses words like "successor" to perpetuate the (CIA originated) view that al-Qaeda is an actual hierarchical organization.

Every major power needs a bogeyman. You think they would have killed al-Zarqawi if they didn't have another lined up to step into his shoes? ;)

What else would you call him
I agree that the vision of Al Queda is a little too Fortress of Doom to match reality but if the guy's taking over what Zarqawi did then he's his successor. You don't need an organizational apparatus to use the word.

As do men like Osama, not just the superpowers,or anyone who wants to drive a wedge between groups for their own purposes. He tolerated us when we were putting weapons in his hands to fight the Soviets in Afghanistan. But not after the Soviets left.He needs enemies to drive his terrorism and his desire to put the Caliphate back in the seat of power.

So you're saying people like Osama bin Laden are terrorists for terrorism's sake, and that the cause is largely irrelevant, save for a desire to restore the Caliphate?
Well, the day is a mere 46 minutes old, but I will eat my stereo if I hear anything more retarded in the remaining 23 hours and 14 minutes of it.

Scumbags in life are inanimate objects in death. Each corpse is no more deserving of respect or scorn than any other pile of decomposing organic matter. :erg:

Just because a person's dead does not mean they are free from scorn or despising. They can be just as deserving of it.
A few cases in point:
Saloth Sar (AKA Tol Sot or Pol Pot)
Adolf Hitler
Joseph Stalin
Not exactly the same thing, I know, but still...
