Her body is lying on the floor in the middle of the room if I'm not mistaken, not hard to find.
But if you want to avoid the 10 modules taken away from you, spend the ones you currently have until you reach 0 or very close to it. Then Shodan will only take the few (or none) you have left. After she "takes away" 10, then go back in and take the 10 modules on Delacroix' body.

Yeah, I hadn't noticed the give and take 10 modules thing, but nevertheless I returned from the umbilical to the VB last night and did it. I feel pretty cheated. That's a really shoddy way for her to go and there are a hundred ways that it could have been made more tragic - the least of which could have been that instead of using the resonator to destroy the shuttle you could have pretended like the Many hadn't occupied it yet and just blown the shuttle out into space by decompressing the shuttle bay and after you throw the switch, Delacroix comes running out from her hiding spot in the shuttle. :p
Okay, now I'm just thinking of nasty ways for her to die.

Based on my MP experiences, you could just have her simply running somewhere, people would shoot her anyway.

There's an unused sound clip in the game files of Delacroix talking to Goggles in person...apparently she was supposed to be alive when you find her (though on her last legs) but I suppose the scene got cut for whatever reason.
