I've killed Dagoth Ur (destroyed the HEART) but the plot doesn't want to go on/
I talk with Vivek, Ashlanders, the High Priest BUT they still keep saying me:
"Oy yes... now you have to destroy that f*&n evil Dagoth Ur"

Ugh, you to?! Ok, this is easily solved, go back to the room where you first saw Dagoth Ur back inside the complex. When you arrive there type in the console, player->Journal "C3_Destroy Dagoth" 20, that should work, Azura should appear, and enjoy the cutscene.

If you use recall or one of the intervention spells to leave Dagoth Ur after you kill the heart, you never meet Azura on the way out. Just go back into the inner sanctum, then exit and you should get the little cutscene that 'ends' the game. And Azuras' suggestion should work too. :)

I had this problem and I never used a spell to leave, my only option to end the main quest was to use that code, haven't ever figured out why it wouldn't go, not that I care now that I am further along.

I've always used "recall" spell to return to Balmora and that was the problem.
I suppose it's another bug in the game.
So... what I can say now.. as a conclusion.. -> Game is beautiful and detailed, but the plot is quite dull and all NPC's are narrow-minded))

You can continue playing indefinitely after finishing the main quest; there's an awful lot still to see and do. There is no official end to the game, it only ends when you decide to stop playing and/or start a new character. I've recently completed the main quest and finished Tribunal, and I'm now having a wonderful time raiding tombs round the coast with a certain living god as my sidekick :)
