OK, that's not really news since they've been out there since what, 2003? but I decided to dust off the trailers I had made for The Shock Project and put them up on YouTube.
(
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hc9QSkYK73o) the teaser
(
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a1MW00N8Ro0) the trailer
They're "as is" so yeah, there's still a minute of silent scrolling text at the start of the trailer... Maybe I'll edit that some day and add some background noise.
Anyways. Memories. :)

Thanks for putting those up. There are always things that can be improved but overall those trailers had decent direction and although the music had gaps they make me want to see the finished mod.
You realise you've created a rod for your own back by invoking the spirit of 2003 again?

Thanks for putting these up raph!
I seem to remember bailing way before TSP got the point of that official trailer...I can't remember why exactly I quit working with you guys, I think there was a lady involved, that's all so far back...
How did the plot go, does anyone remember?
Oh, I'm checking out the website at the moment, and now I feel all bad cause I left...ah shit...
I would likely be a much better contributor now that I'm not 17...if we ever make TSP2, a sequel to something that never existed...
edit: ""It's really hard to get hold of these [alien viruses]. I'm amazed that TriOp has them in the first place, Krauss will have to beg the TriOp medical research committee to grant them.""

At school right now so I can't watch them, but thanks for putting them up. I don't think I ever saw them.

Nothing says "cyberpunk" like Courier New.

Or Trebuchet :p Dammit I used it on pretty much everything at the time. Haha.

I still have this on a CD that Mr Raph had sent me some years ago. Total nostalgia time. We were so young and undirected. Hard to believe we started this project 9 years ago this December.

If it makes you feel any better, I reused a lot of stuff when I was writing Sapphire Scar for Doom 3. Of course, since that died years ago, too, perhaps not. :p

I was so excited when those videos first came out. A shame the project died out oh well.. Especially since you guys got so long with it.
I do not think i have ever been as dissapointed as i was when the "postmortem" came out :(
