A thief 2 problem - TTLG Forums

Hi it's been a while so I wiped the dust off my thief II and installed it...

No surprise it didnt work... I have a dual core intel machine with 8800 GTS...

I checked and only one CPU is running the game, I tried safe graphic manager or whatsoever, I erased the ; from that line in cfg. file, I even tried renaming the exe to Thief Test...

None of them works, the game runs fine, the videos work fine, but I only get a black screen... After I renamed the exe, the game started, but the moment I touched the mouse, the game froze...

I would be glad if anyone out there still looking at these forums help me out...

Off the top of my head, (http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=121449) DDFix, or rolling back the video drivers are the only two options that come to mind.
