If you want a relatively quick way to check out mods in the Construction Set, you can use the "details" button in the window where you select the mod(s) that you want to work on. It will give you a list of everything that is modified or created by whatever mod(s) you currently have selected. Every item, creature, cell, script, etc. Everything.

Confirmed. I found Reeh-Jah today, about halfway between Erabenimsun Camp and Uvirith's Grave, near the trail of pages. I searched the area a bit, but there's no building at all there, just one or two dungeons, none of them looking like a tower.
I have not worked for the Telvanni Mages, however, so in theory it could be a part of Tel Uvirith. But then it would certainly be part of the UESP wiki
and mentioned somewhere else in the net.
