Hey I was traveling arround Tel Uvirith, and a bit south of it I found an unmarked Telvanni Tower called Tel Gueri. What is that all about? Its abandoned and everithing is out of place!. Nearby its an Argonian Slave, Fugitive, trying to get to argonian mission. his name is Reeh-Jah. If you are having trouble get to the tower open the console and type coc "Tel Gueri" and you should be inside it.
Please let me know why that tower is abandoned and why it is unmarked.

I've never heard of Tel Gueri, and neither has the (
http://www.uesp.net/wiki/morrowind:morrowind) Elder Scrolls Wiki. Probably part of some mod that you're running, or else a location that never made it into the finished game that you somehow got access to.
Reeh-Jah is part of the regular game.

The strategy guide has nothing either. Are you running mods? Take a screen shot if your not.

It's been a long time since I played Morrowind, but I seem to vaguely recall once finding a small empty Telvanni tower. I think it was near Tel Fyr?
I'm looking at the region you mentioned in the editor and don't see any other Telvanni towers nearby apart from Tel Uvirith.

Another big clue is the name. Only major Telvanni towers have names that begin with "Tel". A completely abandoned one in the middle of nowhere doesn't fit that description.

Please check the spelling of this "Tel Gueri", because it doesn't exist in the GotY version of the game. Google doesn't come up with anything either.

the only mod I have that affects that area is "Town of Uvirith" and so far it doesnt advance mora, 'cause I went on a mission and the guy ordering it "forgets" about it. I cant see how it fits. But Im running over 100 mods and I cant complete them all. I thought it might belong to the original game. thanks for the update.

Does not seem to be a part of the original game.
I just tried it with Morrowind installed, then even with Tribunal and Bloodmoon and the latest patch. Nothing.
"coc vivec" works, but "coc tel gueri" does nothing. And looking for a Telvanni tower near Uvirith's Grave, Galom Daeus and Nchtuleftingth did not yield anything either, though I did not search for too long.
Didn't find that slave, however, so maybe I wasn't even close.

That argonian is just northwest of the err Era... Erabinessum Camp (apologies for the butchering of the spelling there, but I'm sure you know which Ashlander camp I mean.) If you follow the trail of pages from History of the Empire, you'll inevitably see him along the road. I've been there today on some vanilla quests and there was no telvanni tower. But I also didn't search for too long.
It's most definitely part of one of those over 100 mods that he's running, and the name mentioned here probably contains a spelling error, since there were no google hits at all.

Im sure that probably it came with a mod. That is clear. And Im sure i spelled it right. But I dont have time to search all my mods one by one in the construction set. Still it is a mystery, 'cause i found a book inside(reading it I realised that there were bits missing) about some love affair. but doesnt matter. if it is ot part of the original game, never mind it. But just as a reference, in case I did mispell it, the tower is not well a tower. is more a tower look alike, 'cause it isnt tall. And its on top of a muontain. to get over the mountain instead of going arround it i used "TCL" cheat (toggle collision). But unless I dont find it in ANY of my mods, I will not insist on this topic.
