a while ago i was just surfing the net looking for a picture of a golden saint, but i saw a guy(this was the actual character the guy was using through out the game) who was wearing a cape it ae out the back of his armor i thought it was pretty kool n e 1 else seen it

There have been 2 cloak models made, 1 by mykul, another by some other person(:sweat: don't know the name of the author, oops)
Mykul's cloak is used in alot of mods(reskins and stuff), you can get them at morrowind summit, morrowind files or any other mod site... sorry, no cloaks for xbox users. Cloak of three, children of the night, etc... use cloaks.
The other cloak was a flowing cloak where the maker tried to animate it, it didn't turn out very well, but it is still out there somewhere...
